This book is a waste of money. Worse it's a waste of time. Its nothing but a
sales letter to sell Dan Kennedy's overpriced courses. Someday I want to know anything as well as Kennedy thinks he knows everything. If you are really interested in learning direct marketing, read the work of the real superstars that have stood the test of time. Folks like Joseph Sugarman, Paul Michael, Eugene Schwartz, Claude Hopkins, Robert Collier, Joseph Cossman, are the true masters.

Personally, I loved the information and the examples from Kennedy. I couldn't help but be inspired to do more and more. I have come so far in the past six months. I would highly recommend this book. I have read it twice.

Hot on the Range

Disapointing Jun 08, 2009

For me, this book was a big letdown. More of a commercial for the authors other, far more expensive products than an actual how-to guide. I should have known better from the cheesy title. Oh well, live and learn. If you are thinking of buying this book, save your money and just "wish upon a star" ... it will have just as much impact on you life as this book will. In short, avoid at all cost.

Dan the Man Has Done It Again! May 04, 2009

First of all, most of Dan's books are great. I own 4 of them and I love the advice and specific case studies that he uses to illustrate how you to can be successful and reproduce the results no matter what business you're in.

The book appears thick (don't let that scare you),but the type is large and easily readable. The text and stories are always entertaining which make his books extremely easy reads. His "No BS" approach is what I like most about his writing.

I have to rate the book a 5 out of 5 becuase of the sheer information that Dan goes into and examples you can apply right away. You have to remember, this is a book and he tries to use as many case studies as possible to show you how many strategies can be used in any business.

If you want to get rich, read Dan! Besides, the books are a lot cheaper than the $5,000 seminars! lol
