Good education tool

This book is easy reading and straight forward. Problems are very educational and helpfull. I wish they would provide some of the answers to the problems, need to have the instructors manual for those. Interactive web site also a great addition to the book. Would recommend this book to anyone interested in learning how to do payroll accounting.

Very informative textbook

This textbook appears to cover all areas of Payroll quite well. It is easy to understand and the questions in each chapter review the subject well. It has even helped with an issue at work concerning pay of an independent contractor verses a W-2 employee.
The only thing against it is the CD that comes with the book. It does not give all the problems from the text to work. The publishers could expand on that for computer users!

Incomplete

The text is fine, and there are many quizzes and practice questions, but most of the questions are excluded from the answer keys in the back and so are useless.
