Caution

The book itself is fine, but it was supposed to come with an access code for the online lab and didn't. Amazon had no others and offered to refund money if I returned the book, but by that time my college bookstore was out, too. Classes were about to start. I had to have the book, so I ended up keeping it and paying an additional $65 to purchase the lab online. Basically, I paid for the lab twice. I'll never buy another book from Amazon that's supposed to have an access code included. I'll just pay the higher price and buy it from the college.

Unnecessary

I bought this study guide to go along with the "Accounting 8E" textbook by Horngren. But, I realized later that the study guide is available online with "My Accounting Lab". If you buy a "new" "Accounting 8E" textbook, it should come with access to "My Accounting Lab". Therefore, buying this study guide is unnecessary.
