I had to buy this as part of a health class I am taking. It is easy to read and understand.

On August 23rd I order a text book from this seller for my daughters' school. The book did not come or ship for 4 days but my credit card was charged immediately. Four days later I contacted the seller and quired them as to where the book was and when it would be shipped. The seller informed that they ran out of the book JUST BEFORE I odered it. The seller still accepted the order and charged me for the book. Four days later and no notice was given and no refund processed. I just received an email today (7 days later) that "a refund is being processed and could take 4-5 days." It didn't take 4-5 days to charge my card. The seller then implied they sent me an email and I didn't get it because of a firewall and/or spam filter. I don't have a firewall or a spam filter. When they didn't receive a response they never called. They also did not try to contact me through Amazon. We are still waiting for a book or refund and my daughter is now 2 assignments behind.

Get book

I had to get this book for a class (Integrated Health & Fitness) and its great, I plan on keeping it for reference (I am a Personal Trainer)so I will continue to use it.

Fast Delivery and in Wonderful Condition

My text came super fast and for it to be a paperback book, the condition was like new. The plus is that I only paid $8 total including shipping!! Great seller :)

Don't buy used

Great book, bad seller! I wouldn't suggest buying this book used if you need it for school. Every single lab that is needed in the book was torn out. I had to buy the book from my school bookstore after buying this book from the amazon seller New Chapter Recycling. It was useless to me as I needed the labs to do my homework. I would advise anyone to buy it new rather than hoping that the labs are included when you buy it used. Good luck!
